Jonathan Smith

Jonathan runs Scilly Organics, an organic market garden growing fruit and vegetables for local sales on the Isles of Scilly.

He also set up Transition Scilly, an organisation to help the community prepare for the twin threats of Peak Oil and Climate Change.

Keith Griggs

Keith ran Sow and Grow Organics with his partner Jenny, but has had a lifetime in farming and currently works as an agricultural contractor.

He has a wealth of experience in agriculture and horticulture at all scales and is an extremely experienced machinery operator.
Mukti Mitchell

Mukti produced the Resurgence Carbon Calculator, widely considered to be the most comprehensive personal carbon calculator in the world.

He also wrote the Guide to Low carbon lifestyles and runs his business Mitchell Yachts. Mukti is an authority on low carbon issues.

Jenny Hall

Jenny ran Sow and Grow Organics near St Helens in Lancashire until floods forced them to close in 2007. Since then she was the Community Food projects officer for Lancashire Wildlife Trust.

Jenny also wrote Organic Alice, a book for children about organic food and farming, inspired by her daughter Alice.
